Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We deliver inflatables and concessions the morning of your event. Mechanical rides can be set up 1-2 days prior to your event.

Do I need to provide the power?

Yes. If not, we can provide a generator at an additional cost.

Do I need to provide the water source for the water slides and dunk tank?

Yes. We can provide hose extensions if needed at an additional cost.

04.

Do I need to keep the blower on at all times?

Yes. Be sure to keep the area around the blower cleared of debris and away from children. If you have an overnight rental, our team will show you how to deflate and inflate your device properly and safely.

05.

Can we change the location of equipment after setup?

No. Only our staff are responsible for setting up and moving ALL rental equipment for the safety of everyone.

06.

What equipment comes with a Cushing Employee for operation?

Mechanical rides, food stands, bungee/rock wall, and traditional games come with employees. Dunk tanks, inflatables, food machines, and interactive games do not, but we can provide employees at an additional cost.

07.

What is the cancellation policy?

50% of the rental cost is charged as a deposit upon booking. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non refundable, however, it can be applied to a future rental for the same equipment if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event and used within 90 days.
